Build 2 years procurement project at a SZ

- Write, communicate & implement 2- 3 years Procurement Policy
- Build Tactical Planning at a supermodel level interacting with Sports & Production
- Reference the correct Industrial process for each new supermod

Decide Procurement solutions for next season by leading S&OP

- Detect TACT-OPE demand vs Capacity alerts and react at model level (quantities, seasonality, uncertainty, flexibility needs, Sharings).
- Implement the tactical procurement strategy for the next season adapting to the difference between Tactical & Operational
- Set-up sharings at model level in a eTCO mindset ensuring availability and profitability for the entire value chain
- Preconize and co-validate supply chain flows to optimize supply agility (MTO, MTS, MOT, Components Supply)
- Lead Operational S&OP process in collaboration with Sports/ Production/ Supplier

Assure best Procurement conditions during the season

- Detect & solve OPE-EXE demand, production and price alerts and react at a model level.
- Perform the necessary planning gestures to prepare the season, during the season and for season closure, to secure the best availability
- Co-arbitrate complex capacity and components conflicts during the season aiming at zero destruction
- Pilot the business activity & act accordingly towards ensuring the respect of S&OP
