Working together to better nourish and protect the planet.Reporting to the Head of MEA Market Intelligence and D&D for sales, you will be responsible for analyzing the markets and the commercial performance in close collaboration with Middle East & Africa Sales teams.

Key responsibilities :

- Conducting an annual assessment of the yeast and ingredients market using the group's existing tools.
- Monitoring and analyzing, through own tools and on a monthly basis :
- Monthly volume, prices positioning & contribution, and market coverage to benchmark our products.
- Analyzingyeast imports from competitors by market.
- Consolidatinglanded costs and Stock & Sales from our different markets.
- Providingmanagement with clear and regular reporting onour performance, and securingthe follow-up and updates on strategic action plans.
- Conducting ad-hoc market analyses and supporting the Business Development team for Marketing/Ingredients and Baking.
- Building volume and price scenarios for the budget,in full cooperation with SOP and our local sales teams.
