Executive Director, Global Platform Business Growth

The Executive Director, Global Platform Business Growth, is a visionary global leader responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and digital transformation of Ingram Micro's platform business across all regions. This role oversees regional platform leaders, including the Director, Global Platform Business - EMEA & Growth Lead, and ensures alignment with global objectives, innovation, and growth strategies.

This executive will lead the global platform transformation agenda, champion the adoption of Xvantage across major accounts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric innovation.

The location for this position is Spain (Barcelona), UK (Milton Keynes), France (Lesquin) or Germany (Dornach bei Munchen).

Your Role :
- Provide global leadership and strategic oversight for the Platform Business across all regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC), ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional market dynamics.
- Define and drive the global go-to-market strategy for platform adoption and growth, with a focus on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational scalability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of regional platform directors and global growth leaders, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Oversee the global execution of platform initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact across regions.
- Champion the global adoption and optimization of Xvantage, aligning platform capabilities with the needs of Ingram Micro's major accounts and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, technology, and operations teams to shape the global platform roadmap and ensure delivery of high-impact digital solutions.
- Drive global digitization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a key liaison with strategic partners and customers to ensure platform strategies are aligned with market needs and deliver exceptional value.
- Monitor and report on global platform performance, ensuring KPIs are met and continuously improved.
- Lead change management efforts to embed digital-first thinking and platform-centric operations across the organization.
